ADHD, or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder has become one of the most common conditions affecting kids this day. And the numbers are increasing.
One of the most difficult things about ADHD, for those that have it, is that it can often cause lack of sleep, or a sleep disorder. As a matter of fact, ADHD is one of the top ten causes of sleep disorders in the United Says.
In most cases, the stress of not being able to sleep triggers other disorders and mental problems, such as anxiety, depression, irritability, anger etc. People with ADHD have a hard enough time controlling their emotions and it becomes even more difficult with a lack of sleep.
Although scientists and researchers are still conducting further studies into the causes of ADHD and sleep disorders there are still no concrete scientific explanations as to what causes these behavioral disorders. I firmly believe that ADHD is caused by a poor diet, lack of exercise, and exposure to too much external stimulation, such as TV or video games and has little to do with anything else.
I also believe that ADHD, as well as any sleep disorder is totally curable without medication. But to find a cure you need to address the causes of the condition. Drugs, like Ritalin only hide the problem or mask it. It is still there underneath the surface.
If you are still considering giving your child drugs ask yourself this question - are the drugs more for your child, or for YOU because you want to control your child?
Diet as a Cause Of ADHD?
In the past thirty years processed foods, loaded with chemicals and preservatives, have become the staple diet for our kids. In the past thirty years the rates of ADHD have skyrocketed.
A child is laying the foundation for their life, growth of their physical body and mind. If you give them junk food during this period how are they possibly going to develop a clear, sharp mind?
Simply feed a child a candy bar and a banana at different times. Then ask them to read a book after eating each. See what happens.
Do you think their body needs the nutrients from the banana or high fructose corn syrup from soda or candy to grow? How detrimental do you think the soda or candy is to their development? To me, the correlation between diet and ADHD is a no-brainer.
It is ideal if you can start feeding your child organic fruit and vegetables as soon as possible. They are going to want to eat junk food like their friends and that’s fine sometimes, just regulate it.
Also get them to exercise as this ensures proper physical development, and reduces any stress or anxiety your child might have. This will help them sleep superior as well.
ADHD Sleep Disorder And T.V.
I believe the second major cause of ADHD is external stimulation in the form of TV or video games. If a child sits, mesmerized, watching a TV show that has fast moving characters where the screen changes each split second over and over and over again, what do you think it does to their brain?
Not only are they almost unconscious while they are watching T.V. their brain is being trained to change thoughts in split second intervals. Over time this causes the loss of ability to focus.
So limit the amount of time your child is granted to watch T.V. or play video games. Make them get creative to entertain themselves instead.
Make The Changes Slowly
Just to warn you as you make these changes your child will resist. Getting your child off of TV, video games, and junk food will be like trying to get an adult off of drugs. That is when you may realize how serious of a problem these things are for your child.
So reduce the television and junk food slowly so you don’t make your child go through withdrawals and you don’t have to deal with the tantrums. About three weeks after you integrate these changes you will see a major difference in your child’s behavior and sleep patterns.

We live in a physical body that is always changing and evolving. With your age comes wisdom and more life experience as well as a deteriorating body. Unfortunately too many people become obsessed with their aging appearance instead of enjoying life.
You need to comprehend that the physical aging process is absolutely natural. There is nothing you’re ever going to do to change that.
Most wrinkles and signs of aging are caused by this anxiety over one’s physical appearance. Worry and stress are the fastest ways to age your body so stop thinking about wrinkles all the time, it only creates more wrinkles.
I am not saying there is anything wrong with wanting to enhance your physical appearance just make sure that you think positively about yourself and life first. I strongly believe that aging occurs faster in a negative mind and body that dwells on the past.
Get Rid Of Wrinkles Organically
Along with the right positive mindset there are some things you can do to take care of your skin and get rid of wrinkles. For one stop using products on your skin that aren’t “organic” or “natural.”
Everything else is loaded with chemicals you do not want on your skin or in you body (your skin is like a sponge and absorbs anything you put onto it). If you cannot eat it, do not put it on your skin. Simply read the ingredients of organic skin creams and regular or prescribed skin creams and you’ll see what I mean.
Change Your Diet For Less Wrinkles
You’ve already learned that the appearance or condition of your skin for your age has a lot to do with how you think. The second most important factor that comes into play is your diet. Toxins (free radicals) are released through your skin and show up as blemishes, spots, rashes, wrinkles etc.
If you eat processed food (everything in the aisles at the grocery store) your body is full of free radicals from this food. As these toxins are released through the body they leave behind poor skin.
Eat a diet of primarily organic fruit vegetables and nuts. This way your body and your skin are getting the vitamins and minerals they need.
Keep Your Skin Hydrated
Your skin is mostly water so you should be drinking at least eight glasses of water each day and using a humidifier in your home during the driest months of the year. When your skin is moist it is less likely to wrinkle.
Do not Let The Sun Give You Too Many Wrinkles
The sun can give you wrinkles so try not to stay out in the sun all day. If you do be sure to wear sunscreen to prevent wrinkles, but wear organic sunscreen or coconut oil instead of regular sunscreen. Regular sunscreen is full of chemicals and junk you do not want on your skin.
Did you know there isn’t any proof whatsoever that sunscreen prevents skin cancer? I’m of the firm belief that skin cancer is caused by how you think, what you eat, and what you put on your skin (chemicals), not the sun.
In third world nations, where they recognize the mind and body connection, they do not have any sunscreen and they have never had a single case of skin cancer. They certainly do not worry about the appearance of their skin either. To protect from sun burn they use things like coconut oil.
Do not resist the flow of life by worrying and obsessing over your wrinkles or your physical appearance. Try the steps listed above and let life take its course.
Remember that how you think is the most important factor in determining the rate at which you physically “age.” Good luck on your journey towards health and wellness!

Birth control is an important practice to many people, as without any form of it, there would be no way to prevent unwanted pregnancies. There are over a dozen forms of birth control, and while all have about the same rate of prevention, some methods are much easier to use than others. Every form of birth control has its own advantages and disadvantages, and before deciding on which one to use primarily, all types should be considered.
There’s one birth control method that’s 100% effective all the time. As you can probably guess, that method is abstinence. It is impossible to get pregnant if you’re not having sex, and that truth is as old as the animal kingdom itself. Unfortunately, the point of contraception is to be able to engage in sex without the risk of pregnancy, so abstinence is ultimately not a good path for an adult.
Another method exists which does not involve the use of any special apparatuses. This is the natural family planning method, which involves the woman measuring her body temperature each day and checking for changes in cervical mucus. By finding these values, the time of ovulation can be calculated, and as long as sex does not occur during ovulation, pregnancy won’t occur. However, this method is difficult to follow for working adults, and involves a moderate amount of work. It also isn’t 100% accurate, as many factors can affect body temperature besides ovulation.
The most common and well known form of birth control is condoms. Condoms require no work on the woman’s part, and are instead used each intercourse session by the male. This particular barrier method has come a long way from being simple pieces of latex. There are now several varieties of condoms, and new variations are coming out every year. Makes sense, since condoms are the most popular barrier method, and sales of the product reach tens of millions of dollars a year.
Several devices can be inserted over the cervix to act as barriers to sperm and release spermicide. These include the diaphragm, contraceptive sponge, and cervical cap. All of these devices are similar, but many women prefer some options over others due to personal preferences.
Finally, there are the permanent solutions to birth control. For the male, the common surgery is the vasectomy. In a vasectomy, the vas deferens (which is the sperm transportation route) is severed from the urethra, so when semen is released, there’s no sperm present. This is a very effective surgery that rarely has negative side effects, and in the case one decides they do want to have children, the surgery can be reversed.
The female version of a vasectomy is a tubal ligation. In this procedure, the fallopian tubes are shut shut so no eggs can be released in to them. Without any eggs, fertilization and pregnancy can’t occur. In a marriage, there is often debate about whether who should get the permanent surgery, as it is only required that one partner get it.
The male should logically always be the one to get surgery, as the incidences of death or accidents are much lower in vasectomies than in tubal ligation. In any surgery there are risks, and although they are small, it is superior to be safe than sorry.

2.There are other natural ways of treatment like ATTEND which is a very good homeopathic or herbal way of treating ADHD. ATTEND involves amino acid combinations, essential fatty acids, lipid complexes, homeopathic medicines, hormone precursors, and the precursors to specific neurotransmitters.
3.ADHD is now trying to be treated with new drugs called Fluoxetine and Tomoxetine Kids have shown some improvement with the intake of this drug.
4.More and more anti-stimulant treatments too are being prescribed for kids suffering from ADHD.
5.New drugs like Atomoxetine seem to be a good alternative for treating ADHD.
6.Experts also believe that a balanced diet and good nutritional diet can be an effective way in treating ADHD.
Conclusion
Thus this proves that ADHD now has several answers. Though ADHD cannot be eradicated completely, it would definitely lessened through the above given methods. The ideal way of curing ADHD is the natural way with no side-effects.
